TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Legal Framework: These Terms are governed exclusively by Greek and European Union law.
Contracting Entity: All sales are contracted with Prosystem / P. Kalkantzakos Sons P.C.
Company Location: The company is registered at Spirou Patsi 2, 10441 Athens, Greece.
Legal Venue: Any disputes will be settled exclusively in the Courts of Athens, Greece.

2. International Shipping, Taxes, Duties & Refusal

Delivery Partners: Orders are shipped via international couriers from our hub in Greece.
Customs Responsibility: The buyer is the importer of record.
Fees & Duties: International orders may face local import duties, customs clearance fees, and taxes.
Payment Obligation: You must pay these fees directly to local authorities to release your parcel.
Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to pay import duties, you remain liable for all resulting costs.
Compulsory Fund Transfer: In case of refusal, you must transfer the full duty amount directly to Prosystem P.C.
Carrier Settlement: Prosystem P.C. will use this transferred amount to settle the outstanding duties with the shipping company.
Refund Deductions: Alternatively, Prosystem P.C. reserves the right to deduct these duties, alongside all return freight costs, from your original order refund.

3. Strict Cancellation Policy

Order Processing: Orders enter an automated fulfillment queue immediately upon placement.
Cancellation Window: Requests are only accepted within 1 hour of order placement.
Submission Method: You must submit cancellations exclusively by email.
Shipped Orders: Cancellations are impossible once a shipment leaves our facility.

4. EU Right of Withdrawal (Mandatory 14-Day Returns)

Legal Window: EU-based consumers have exactly 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
International Orders: Non-EU orders are strictly final sale and ineligible for voluntary returns.
Condition Requirement: Returned items must be unopened, completely unused, and in original packaging.
Exclusions: Custom-made items, industrial equipment tailored to spec, or sealed items are strictly non-returnable.

5. Return Costs & Process

Shipping Costs: The buyer pays all return shipping fees and insurance.
Risk of Loss: We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Return Portal: You must use a tracked shipping service to return items to our warehouse at Spirou Patsi 2, 10441 Athens, Greece.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns to cover handling costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Window: You must report transport damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery.
Required Evidence: Email clear photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging.
Resolution: Validated claims will receive a free replacement or a full refund.
